Duplicate journeys with full depth and control

Journey duplication now copies everything: sub-journeys, building blocks, hierarchies, transcripts, and taxonomy. Four copy modes let you control what gets duplicated, including cross-workspace and cross-organization copies.

What changed

  • Four copy modes let you control exactly what gets duplicated:.
  1. Link existing — duplicates the journey shell; all content stays linked to originals (same workspace only)
  2. Structure only — copies the structural skeleton (steps, lanes, phases, properties) without content
  3. This journey only — copies the journey + its directly linked BBs as independent entities; sub-journeys stay linked
  4. Full copy — copies everything: journey, all nested sub-journeys, all linked BBs and their hierarchies as new independent entities
  • Choose what content travels: toggle which BB types to include (e.g. copy insights and metrics, skip opportunities and solutions)
  • Cross-workspace duplication: duplicate into any workspace you have access to
  • Cross-organization duplication: it is now also possible to duplicate journeys across organizations

What doesn't copy: ownership assignments, data integration connections (data itself is copied), AI source files and view configurations.
