Jira integration now supports custom domains

You can now connect TheyDo to custom Jira Cloud domains, making the integration more flexible for organizations that use branded or non-standard Atlassian Cloud URLs.

What’s New

  • We just improved our set up flow to include Jira Cloud domains.
  • Works both for Atlassian Cloud sites that use a custom domain (e.g. work.acme.com) instead of the standard *.atlassian.net. and the regular atlassian.net as well.
  • Once connected, all Jira  TheyDo functionality works exactly as before.

 Why This Matters

Many organizations configure a custom domain for their Atlassian  products. This update ensures that TheyDo integrates seamlessly with those setups, removing past limitations tied to the default atlassian.net domain structure.
