On January 28, we launched an AI-powered analyst agent, designed to help teams reason over qualitative and quantitative customer journey data.
The analyst agent supports two core types of work: experience analysis and journey coaching. Both happen directly inside the journey context and are accessed through a conversational interface called AskTheyDo.
